Delivery

To secure both our customers and us from potential fraud, we need the valid billing address of the credit card before we can process the order. ALL orders must be shipped to a street address. No P.O. Box shipments will be entertained.

The order confirmation is sent by email (by phone or fax if no available email address) on the business day following the order receipt date. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation by then.

Most products will be shipped within 7 -10 business days following order confirmation date.

Our average production time, from online order to delivery, is about 7 working days. Stone settings and elaborate designs usually require 3 to 4 additional days.

DIAMOND JEWELZ usually sends orders either with Federal Express, TNT or DHL. Delivery addresses must be double checked in order form and in email order confirmation. A $15.00 service fee is charged for items that require re-routing of shipment due to address error.

Shipping rates:

Shipping to standard destinations like USA Canada & Western Europe shall be charged minimally. International shipping rates vary depending upon the geographical location. FedEx/DHL/TNT international shipping rates usually range from $15- $48

Before signing for your package, please ensure that it is not ruptured or damaged. DIAMOND JEWELZ cannot be held responsible for theft or loss once you have signed for your package. You will receive the merchandise packed in an elegant box

P/S: DIAMOND JEWELZ can refuse orders if shipping to particular destination is problematic or unreliable, in which case we will notify client immediately.

Order Tracking:

We proactively keep you informed about the status of your order. During the order processing period you will receive emails at different points of time. The first email will tell you about the expected date of shipment, the second will give you the airway bill number once the goods have been shipped, the third will indicate that we have received confirmation about the delivery of the goods.
